NCCBA and BICBA breakfast seminar
A review of recent cases and consideration of the role and boundaries of allegations of fraud in a commercial context

Speakers: Andrew Grantham and Richard Chapman QC
Richard will speak on the role of allegations of fraud in commercial cases and Andrew on recent developments, including the Court of Appeal decisions in BV Nederlandse Industrie Van Eiprodukten v. Rembrandt Enterprises, Inc  EWCA Civ 596 and Winter v. Hockley Mint  EWCA Civ 2480.
The seminar will start at 8.30am and last for around 40 minutes. Breakfast sandwiches (including vegetarian options) will be served from 8am.
